A day visit to Saanen Dairy Goat Farm at Balik Pulau, Pulau Pinang.

Last holiday, me and my friend decided to pay a visit to Saanen Dairy Goat Farm which is located at Balik Pulau, Pulau Pinang.

It tooks us about 1 hour to reach our destination. The weather was so hot on that day ! 

Luckily, we managed to reach the goat farm with the helping hand of Waze. :D 

The goat farm was smaller than I'd imagine, but there was a lot of goats!

We feed the goats there with the free grass stalks provided by the farm.

Most them are big goats.

People nowadays are always busy with their works, sometimes they would neglected their daily lifestyle and here is some tips about "how to maintain a healthy lifestyle'

There are 10 simple steps that can lead us to a healthy lifestyle :

1. Stop Smoking!

2. Exercise regularly .

3. Eat fewer snacks and select healthier alternatives.

4. Choose water as a drink! But not soft drinks.

5. Keep calm and reduce stress!

6. Read more, explore more!

7. Go for body checkup regularly.

8. Having more fruits and vegetables.

9. Sleep early, wake up early too. 

10. Always have peace in your mind!
